Empowering the Ideas, "Think Tank Development"

Globalization breaks down borders, barriers, to close up together. Asia pacific region is facing the challenges the economic, political and social. The main problem of nations would be unequal of the poverty rate.

Asian miracle is amazing and changing day by day. Our planet is never sleep every minute and second. We all are living in the planet therefore we would need to open eyes and ears. We do need to think in every situation properly. Service industry, media is one of the main important areas for the think tank development.

Infrastructure is one of the challenges in my country, Myanmar. Government is moving changing for the better outcomes in the future. Governance is the main sector for the changing for the think tank development. “We can sit, We can think, We can work together.”

ASEAN network is very important for the regional development. We still engage the networking the think tank in the ASEAN members. We provide the education and teaching the students to make the choices by themselves.

Economic issue is one of the main issues for the development. We will be going to link the countries without borders and boundaries in the digital age. Policy makers would need to be smart better than they can on doing the policies for the country.

Literacy of the Asia is low rather than the western counties. We will be going to collaborate and engage among the countries for the betterment for our continent.

Think Tank in the US have been evolved over 100 years. 2nd and 3rd generation would be engaged with the political parties. We help the policy makers in their intended outcomes. We will be going to change the awareness in our environment.

Tactics are going to be the framework that designed by people to add. 3rd generation is moving the building the decision makers and influencers or authorized groups.

Outputs, outcomes, and impact will be the primary domains of Monitoring and Evaluation. Some think tank does both Monitoring and Evaluation.

We will be going to share our perspectives and ideas each others more and more. We can be learning each other by sharing and contributing our lessons in our lifetime.

International relation is not much important. On the other hand, transactional partnership is important for the nations in nowadays. Personal relationship supports the transactional partnership. Institutional partnerships are important to doing for the betterment in many areas. The foundation of the partnership is very solid in some countries.

Practically, we will be facing difficult to work together because there is very diverse. Financial crisis became in Asia in history. We would need to solve the high rate of the poverty in Myanmar. Global awareness would need to practice in our workplaces.  We would need to “Think and Act” in everyday. Most of the countries are facing the interferer nowadays. We would need to jump from the comfort zone. Let’s take a challenges.

Union Peace for Our Children

"Peace" is very crucial for our nation. Federalism will be the success of democracy. Peace process is good initiative to Myanmar. Myanmar has eight major national ethnic races such as Kachin, Kayah, Kayin, Chin, Burmar, Mon, Rakhine and Shan. Every regions and states would be free and fair on opportunities and developments within the nation.

Myanmar is moving forward to democratic nation by force. Therefore, peace will be very important in the transaction period. Citizens in different parts of Myanmar would need to get equal opportunities, equal rights that will implement in the development process of the nation. Each citizens will take own responsibilities to be good citizens for the nation.

Each of the Myanmar citizens wants the union peace. We all would like to drink "Peace" perhaps we all feel thirsty "Peace". Peace will be based on trust and respect. So, we will be going to build the trusts among each others. Also, we will be going to respect to each others. Everybody has own value and identity.  

Children want to go to schools.
Children want to play in the playgrounds.
Children want to sleep with parents.
Children want to be warm.
Children want to eat warm delicious foods.
so on.....

Union Peace will be No More
Children feel afraid wars
Children cry for sadnesses
Children face discrimination
Children happen abuse
so on.....

Never Try Drugs In Your Life

YSEALI Youth Unite Against Drugs Workshop was very effective for all human beings in the planet. Delegates from 10 ASEAN countries came to one place at the same time for the one vision that is for against drugs. Different people have different perspectives and ideas on against drugs in the regions. We can say, "Connectivity in Complexity." The vision of the workshop is how to solve the drugs issues for the betterment to the planet.

Against drugs processes could not be done without unite as one. I would follow the philosophy, “Many as One – One as Many”. Drugs issues occur very terrible in black regions because civil wars are still happening in Myanmar. Government officials could not be reached out to those regions. Black regions are not safety places for people not only government officials but also citizens.

On the other hand, black regions such as Wa, Koe Kant, etc are under developed that compared with others regions. Wars make under developed to regions. There has no business apart from poppy and drugs business. People, who are living in the regions, are doing the business on poppy planting. People can easily get the drugs in that regions that force to most people becoming drugs users.

If some regions are happening the civil wars, government could not control the drugs issues. Drugs consumption are increasing day by day. The product, drugs equalities are good but the price is very cheap in Myanmar. Chemicals of drugs processing from poppy are very cheap and can buy them from neighborhoods counties such as Thailand, China and Laos PDR.

Besides, ASEAN could not be done the against drugs process without collaboration with China. China also needs to participate in the reduction of drugs users and drugs dealers. Drugs dealers mainly come from China. Some drugs dealers from China can invest lots of money on planting poppy trees in black regions in Myanmar.

Policies on drugs issues are still acceptable and ok. But, the implementations on the drugs issues are very weak in Myanmar. Drugs issues are very terrible in Myanmar. So, H.E President can do the implementation processes effectively and efficiently. President should take action on drugs issues in Myanmar immediately. Myanmar requires the emergency action taking on the drugs issues. If government officials, police officers could not control strongly, the problems will come out and destroy the nation.  

Government should need to control the drugs dealers. Perhaps, government can control the drugs users. We could not do the drugs free zone in the regional countries. But, we try hard to control the drugs issues in Myanmar.

Civic organizations, UNODC are mainly doing the prevention the drugs issues. Rehabilitation centers would need to be strong in Myanmar. Drugs users needs consulting rather than the medical treatment using tablets. Please do more awareness programs in some regions. Myanmar must require to be strong in rules of laws.

Mission – Drugs reduction on supply and demand sides

Objectives – Drugs cannot be seen a lot in Myanmar

Strategies – Government should take more responsibilities the implementation on drugs issues. Doing the recruitment qualified police officers more. Civil wars will stop in Myanmar soon. Each of citizens try to be a good citizen no harm to the planet.   

Targets – First priority is drugs dealers, drugs users will be second.

Connectivity of Complexity

In the 21st century, people are living in the complexities. The world itself is complexities which we were born because people make complexities to the world. We are dealing with the complexities by high sensitivity and system dynamics. Then, the results would be different which depend on people abilities on doing, "connectivity of complexity.  People have individual's mindset and perspective. We could have different interest things in their lives. Our backgrounds and motherlands could be different. We can get many things into our lives if we try the best for the achievement. Some scholar says "Go For Gold" .. That Which You Want In Your Life". We should have aim high for excellence.
